As we transition out of a long winter and global pandemic some of us may be feeling a sense of anxiousness, depression and disconnection. Day-to-day life can leave us feeling chronically stressed and overwhelmed which leads to disease and illness in the body. Breath and sound combined have the ability to regulate our nervous systems, facilitate deep emotional releases, and bring us into a state of balance and relaxation, allowing us to heal on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Utilizing the ancient primal healing practices of breath and sound you will be guided into a deep transformational journey into the body and subconscious where insights and messages can be accessed. We will start by creating a sacred space together, creating a field of protection and support followed by a meditation to help ground you into the space. Kamalika will guide you into a deep breath work practice accompanied by Lindsey offering a sacred soundscape of vibrations using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, bells, rattles, drums, a gong and intuitive vocalization.
