This Ikigai workshop is a grounding practice in self-realization for finding your passion and purpose in this big wide world. Whether you are already in a career yet feel you’re in a slump and need some inspiration, or if you are at a crossroads and unsure of your next path, we will dive deeper into mind, body and soul in a positive group setting to reestablish your unique place on this planet. We will start with a relaxing guided meditation to let go of the day. Followed by a series questions to find your Ikigai. You can get creative and color your board or collage it.
