Take time at the end of the day for some relaxing Pranayama & Meditation as the sun sets along beautiful Lake Erie!
"Prana" is Breath or vital energy in the body. On subtle levels prana represents the pranic energy responsible for life or life force, and "ayama" means control. So Pranayama is "Control of Breath".
-We will meet at parking area P-12.
-Bring a yoga mat, blanket or beach chair.
-Kamalika is a trained Pranayama Yogie and will guide you through some relaxing breath sequences along with some gentle movement and a guided meditation, co-facilitated by the waves of the lake.
